About Tree
An adventurous wild spirit at heart, For the last 17 years Tree has lead yoga for students of every type of body and experience. Tree can offer special attention to a persons specific needs, from beginner and gentle to vinyasa (flow). She takes pride in her ability to bring yoga to new, and even skeptical people by explaining the postures and benefits in a way that everyone can understand. An excellent teacher, but humble student, Tree is always seeking to further her practice for the benefit of her and her students. It has been her dream to offer affordable yoga, as she feels every body deserves to be able to participate in this healing practice. She offers a lightness in her style of teaching and believes balance in every aspect of life is the only way to find peace.
